How to Find Scholarships For Women in 2010
Do you even know where to begin?
Frankly, the toughest part about getting my degree was actually finding scholarships I could qualify for and use. Grants and scholarships come and go, that were available in 2009 were no longer available in 2010.
Looking back though, I am so glad I took the time and effort to actually sit down and research all the different grants and scholarships that were still available. Going to school to get a degree isn't cheap... it costs a lot of money.
But, if you're willing to put in the time to research what's out there... you can literally have your entire degree paid for without spending a dime. So, do your research!
Have you chosen a school to earn you degree?
Not all colleges and universities are the same. Some may not offer the degree or education you're looking for. Some schools specialize in medical careers fields such as nursing, pharmacy, or radiology. Others may specialize in criminal justice or IT (information technology). And even when you've found a school that has the training you want, you have to make sure the school has a recognized accreditation. So, again, do your research?
