Easy Scholarships - Your Guide to Get Easy Scholarships For College

Looking to go back to college and need some money to pay the way?

Welcome to the club. I've got a few answers that may help you find some easy scholarships.

The economy is in shambles and it's getting harder to get a job. Actually in some places, it's almost impossible to find a job. Especially one that pays anything. Times are tight, companies are looking at every option to cut costs and downsize. This is driving people back to school in record numbers. There is a real need to get some sort of specialized training to be competitive. You'd be surprised at how many job opportunities open up to you even with a minimal amount of schooling.

If so, then that makes at least two of us. I decided I needed to go back to college and finish my nursing degree in order to provide a better life for my daughter and myself but I knew I would need to get an easy scholarship.

When I started I had no idea how I would pay for tuition and all of the expenses that come with going to college. I was barely making enough to pay rent, food and some entertainment as it was. In addition to that, I knew I wasn't sure how I was supposed to find the time for classes on top of my already busy schedule.

So, my first challenge was to solve the money problem. So I went online and start doing some research. There's an absolute mountain of information about easy scholarship money for college but it can be a little overwhelming and time consuming to gather all it all into one place. That's okay because there are ways you can make that part easier. The next step was figuring out which of these easy scholarships to apply for.

I didn't have a stellar GPA when I started this whole process, since then I've worked really hard and am getting good grades now...but in the beginning the idea of getting an academic, or merit scholarship wasn't an option. I needed to find easy scholarships to get that I didn't have to jump through hoops to qualify for. I was amazed at what I found. There's an easy scholarship for almost any kind of person.

But here's the catch...

The easier a scholarship is to apply for, generally this means that more people will be applying. So your competition goes up and your chances of getting it go down. This was really discouraging to me. One day I was reading on the governments financial aid website, FAFSA, and read something that clicked with me. It said what I was already finding out, easy scholarships mean more competition. They said that the best thing to do is apply for as many of these scholarships as I could find as it would increase my chances of getting one. So, I did just that. I applied for all of the easy scholarships that I could find. The fact that most do not require much information to fill out made the process go a lot faster.

In the end, this strategy paid off.
